Valve Body End Plug Kit | Gen 2 ZF 8HP (8HP50 / 8HP75 / 8HP95)

The ATS Gen 2 ZF8HP Valve Body End Plug Kit is designed to reduce internal cross leaks and improve sealing performance within the valve body by replacing the factory plugs with precision-machined 6061 aluminum upgrades.

Factory end plugs can allow leakage within the valve body bore over time, reducing hydraulic efficiency and contributing to pressure loss. Our upgraded design incorporates O-ring sealing to provide improved sealing performance and minimize internal leakage paths.

Each plug is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum for increased durability and precision fitment while maintaining proper sealing under demanding conditions.
