Billet Pressure Crossover Tube | ZF 8HP Transmission | ATS

Upgrade one of the overlooked weak points in the ZF8HP transmission with the ATS Billet Pressure Crossover Tube. Precision machined from 6061 aluminum, this upgrade replaces the factory plastic crossover tube responsible for transferring pressurized transmission fluid within the transmission assembly.

The OE plastic crossover tube is exposed to constant heat cycles and pressurized fluid, making it susceptible to weakening, aging, and eventual failure over time. The ATS billet version eliminates those concerns while improving durability and sealing performance.

In addition to increased strength, the ATS design features an improved O-ring sealing surface to provide a more secure fit, reduce the potential for leaks, and help maintain consistent transmission fluid pressure under high-performance conditions.
